The 3 Worlds · 1 Mom family multiverse portrait: Featuring The Anchor, The Mom in the Middle, The Architect, and The Glitter-Bomb together against a sparkling rainbow and purple celestial background.

Welcome to the Multiverse

📐The Architect builds the plans.

💥The Glitter-bomb blows ’em up.

⚓️The Anchor keeps us from spinning into oblivion

⚖️and I’m trying to find the balance of it all…

well,
After I find my sanity and my keys!

I used to think all families made up their own world in the home.

As a parent now, I have to admit I was wrong.

In our house, there’s three worlds living under one roof.

The Architect📐

The Architect character from 3 Worlds · 1 Mom—a smiling blonde girl in a blue shirt with gears and digital blueprints in the background.

Our oldest daughter thrives on order, system, and plans.

If something can be organized, color-coded, or improved with a better process, she’s already working on it.

Rules make sense to her. Structure and routine is safe. Chaos… not so much.

She’s thoughtful, intelligent, analytical, and often ten steps ahead of everyone else. She approaches life with caution and detailed planning before making a move.

She’s deep feeling and reminds us every day that there is beauty and even some fun in order and planning.

Around here, she’s The Architect.

The Glitter Bomb💥

Illustration of the "Glitter Bomb" character from 3 Worlds · 1 Mom—a young blonde girl with glasses and a sparkling pink tutu jumping for joy amidst rainbows and purple stars.

Energy. Sparkle. Imagination. Explosion.

Our youngest enters a room the way a glitter-bomb explodes – sudden, dramatic, and leaving a mess of sparkle everywhere.

Crafts, costumes, creativity, music, movement, and chaos are all part of her magic.

Life with her is loud, colorful, emotional and never boring…

Ever!

She makes up her own songs and choreographs her own dances. She dumps every box and bin in her path. It could be crayons, toys, laundry, utensils, craft supplies or Christmas ornaments. If it’s in her view, it’s game-over and I can say goodbye to any hopes of keeping a space clean.

She’s pure energy in little human form. She’s fearless, social and always ready for the next adventure.

She keeps us laughing, guessing, and often vacuuming glitter out of the carpet, literally. It’s rarely quiet and it’s never boring.

She is our resident Glitter-Bomb.

Mom in the Middle⚖️

And then there’s me—the mom navigating all three worlds at once. I’m constantly translating between structure and chaos.

Trying to keep everyone moving in the same direction while figuring out life, healing, and motherhood along the way.

The Anchor⚓️

My fiancé is the steady support for our three worlds. Logical, patient, and endlessly supportive, she somehow manages to keep our family grounded when the worlds start spinning in different directions.

When the chaos rises, our Anchor is usually the one helping guide us back to calm cosmos.

Sometimes things get outta control.
As parents, we could use a break to relax, laugh, cry and even vent.

We welcome you to the Middle World – The Mom in the Middle

While I’m not the Anchor, the symbol on my shirt is to represent the teamwork between The Anchor⚓️ and myself.
Even when I’m the only one mentioned, The Anchor is always with me, helping to keep the worlds from colliding.
